NA-2424-B1 is an upper grade of our NA-2424 formula. This material was developed for the high energy "hot friction" characteristics. Today friction drive machinery is built smaller to accommodate area and weight loads. This makes brake and clutch bands take more friction pressure per square inch which will increase operating temperature. This material is recommended to accommodate these high operation pressures and temperatures and still produce coefficient of friction.
